So, I put Holes (#6), The Lightening Thief (#21) and The Tale of Despereaux (#22) on hold at the library. I think we own Despereaux though...
So we are starting on attacking this list :)
If we counted watching some as movies, I'd be about 3/4 of the way. ;-)

You know, after reading your list it suddenly hit me that I had also read #62. Keene would be Carolyn Keene, author of the Nancy Drew books, and as soon as my mind made that connection I could see the book cover in my mind! Isn't it funny how we remember (and forget) things from our childhood? ;)
Okay, i haven't read even half of these books! Not to myself or to my children...
I have decided to read the classics to the kids, but with Daddy reading them Harry Potter (they are about to start book #7), it is hard to compete! Maybe next year....
