Good to be reminded of the different ways to look at the question!Tesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10647426494359111497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-53873677645881723.post-1022880793572634042010-09-08T14:57:21.729-06:002010-09-08T14:57:21.729-06:00Great post! I can totally agree with this paragraph..."One of the hardest aspects of homeschooling, I think, is that you are forced to really deal with your faults, your flaws, your sins... on a regular basis. And you are forced to come face-to-face with all of that in your kids as well. You know, one of the things I hear from people frequently is... "Oh, I just don't have the patience to homeschool." Umm, newsflash! Neither did I. I'm developing it though. I think." Thanks for writing such a great response to this weeks blog cruise topic! And, of course, I agree that PRAYER is the first, last and in between thing...for everyone who is homeschooling, or considering homeschooling. There is NO DOUBT we canNOT do it w/o Him!Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12640392098292884784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-53873677645881723.post-33911251221993926192010-09-06T18:06:13.349-06:002010-09-06T18:06:13.349-06:00Prayer is definitely the best response. One of the greatest surprises to me was the resistance I got from my immediate family.

I can make you doubt yourself and definitely face your own flaws on a regular basis. However, every day something new happens that helps me know that this is right for us right now.Deanna https://www.blogger.com/profile/14114652107363722177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-53873677645881723.post-3041753634862185062010-09-06T15:51:24.645-06:002010-09-06T15:51:24.645-06:00Having the spotlight shine on your own imperfectio...Having the spotlight shine on your own imperfections is definitely a 'benefit' from homeschooling many do not consider. I'm with you on the patience thing as well as not wanting a bunch of senseless busywork to help the kids do.Laura O in AKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16553515030417720783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-53873677645881723.post-73705505569746656282010-09-06T15:44:23.566-06:002010-09-06T15:44:23.566-06:00Wow.
