- This week has been weird. I swore to workout, but didn't. In my defense, I spent most of the week either sleeping, or driving my kids somewhere. I really did not feel great most of the week.
I struggled hugely with giving up Mountain Dew. I had at least three different times where I was either alone in the car, or with just Trina (who doesn't know I gave up Dew, so she wouldn't think to comment on it if I bought one) and I desperately wanted to stop and get a Dew. I had the change, I could have done it, and nobody would know. Except me.
Anyway, I did a few things right. I drank water. I moved as much as seemed reasonable, given how horrible I felt. I ate, more or less, when I didn't think I'd throw it up. I didn't eat stupid stuff.

Good job not giving in to the dew, especially when you weren't feeling well. I hope you fell like yourself this week and can get back to the exercise.

I have been seriously bad at getting in real, sweat-producing exercise lately. I've just been doing housework stuff for 2 or 3 weeks. Maybe we'll both work out this week, right? :)
