Math applications for your iTouch or iPhone

I posted about this company a couple weeks ago, as there was a one day deal where you could get an application free.  Well, I've meant to post all week and have just not had the time.  Right now, all of their iLiveMath applications are on sale for $.99.  That ends today.

I now own all three... there are:

  • Animals of Africa - which has problems featuring addition, subtraction, multiplication and percents
  • Animals of Asia - which has problems featuring addition, subtraction, multiplication, time, weight, and date problems involving the Chinese zodiac, among other things
  • Winter Sports - which has problems featuring addition, subtraction, multiplication and averages
They are in the process of updating these too, and you get the updates free.  One thing is to update them for the iPad.  Another is that you can now (with the Africa one so far) link to some great articles and additional information about the animals featured in the story problems.

I think these apps are fun and nice to have.  Especially for under $1 each.
