Fit Mommy Friday Challenge Check-In


Yeah, okay, so again:  It Is Not Friday.
    I know it.  But I am checking in.
    This week has been weird.  I swore to workout, but didn't.  In my defense, I spent most of the week either sleeping, or driving my kids somewhere.  I really did not feel great most of the week.

    I struggled hugely with giving up Mountain Dew.  I had at least three different times where I was either alone in the car, or with just Trina (who doesn't know I gave up Dew, so she wouldn't think to comment on it if I bought one) and I desperately wanted to stop and get a Dew.  I had the change, I could have done it, and nobody would know.  Except me.

    Anyway, I did a few things right.  I drank water.  I moved as much as seemed reasonable, given how horrible I felt.  I ate, more or less, when I didn't think I'd throw it up.  I didn't eat stupid stuff.

    Okay, I give up.  It won't let me put in a link and I need to go to bed.  I'll try to get the link to work tomorrow.

Good job not giving in to the dew, especially when you weren't feeling well. I hope you fell like yourself this week and can get back to the exercise.

Hey, giving up the Dew, even when you felt awful this week was great! Keep at it!

I have been seriously bad at getting in real, sweat-producing exercise lately. I've just been doing housework stuff for 2 or 3 weeks. Maybe we'll both work out this week, right? :)

Giving up soda is so hard! I need to, I know. Stick to your guns!
