Fit Mommy Friday 1


So, here goes.  Week 1 res uhh, Day 1 results.

I did manage to move, walking.  I plan to be more strenuous, but today was a weird day, so that will have to do.

I did drink my water

I am checking in. 

I thought about all of this some more, and I've added personal goals too.  I don't think I'll be posting about them though.But I need to start doing things to take care of myself.  I've been doing a lousy job of that.  Depression, maybe?  It feels like more than just the January blahs.

I want to wear those size 10 jeans I got for my birthday, oh, in 2005.  I was on my way... and then Trina came along.  I am taking this one week, or one day, at a time.  Or one minute.

So, here's the scoop.  I'm getting in on this at the beginner level, which means the following:

1) I will move for at least 30 minutes a day, though on Sundays that will not be strenuous.
2) I will get in a glass of plain old water (our glasses are 12 oz) every day.
3) I will check in every Friday, whether I met my goals or not.  I will tell how I did, and I will adjust goals for the following week.

Anyone else want to play?

I am excited you are doing this, too! It will be so much fun to do this with friends, and I hope BOTH of us get back to a size 10 by this time next winter! :)
